Santa Cruz Portfolio Jam 2008 - Robin Bourbonnais

Last week (May 24) I went to Santa Cruz to participate in the portfolio Jam that Robin put together. 

Several models arrived to the beautiful beach at Santa Cruz, the day to with a nice overcast and the atmosphere was relaxed. 

I had great time taking photos for several of the models that came to the event.

later that night most of the group went to eat at a local restaurant, it was a blast!

West Valley and Mission College Dancers Present - Dance CAravan 2008 - May 16&17, 2008

On May 17 I went to see the Dance Caravan performance in West Valley theater. 

The performances were amazing, the costumes, the music and the lighting was wonderful.

The summer has arrived to Sunnyvale. The pool is cool and the water is blue.

It is so good to get some time off all the work, and have some fun ... underwater fun!

Baby photography is a lot of fun!

Hi all,

I've got to tell you, baby photography was more enjoyable that I initially thought... 

The reword of the parents smiles is so huge!

Last weekend I photographer Sarah, an adorable baby that lives in my complex.

It was an amazing experience, working with a baby - getting her to smile, and then capturing the right moment --- WOW what a great way to spend my day! 

I can't wait to work with more kids and babies!

Last week I went to shoot a project for Matt Wilson @ Second Nature Environments

Matt is a master of creating the most wonderful backyards I've ever seen!

This project was in Danville CA. and it looks like paradise!

I was at the top of Heavenly ski resort, overlooking the entire california side!

It feels like flying!

I just came back from a snowboarding trip in Heavenly South Lake Tahoe.

I went there with my girlfriend. It was absolutely amazing! The weather was GREAT! the snow was awesome and we had great time!

I took several shots for a panorama view of the lake, I will work on them soon... but for now, here is a shot of me... flying ...

My First time on Segway

Today I had the privilege to ride the Segway for the first time!

I got to tell you --- this is unbelievable. I think every person should have one of these... it is sooooo cool!

You can ride as fast as 13-15 mph, that is 3-5 times faster then walking... 

you can turn on the spot - which is so cool. You can ride by someone who is talking with you.

This super slick ride is the best!

Last night I went to shoot for one of the best night clubs in downtown San Jose: The Vault Ultra Lounge.

The event hosts were Brown Hot Events, and it was awesome! They had huge bottles of Belvedere VODKA and gorgeous ladies that served free samples of cocktails made with it.
The place was packed with celebrities and it was beautiful!
